Understanding your gifts, asset mapping, and vision development

Months 4–6

Defining professionalism, resume building, and LinkedIn strengthening

Months 7–8

Identifying job opportunities and application strategies

Months 9–10

Interview preparation using the STAR method

Month 11–12+

Ongoing mentorship and coaching support
