Positions:
Kickback Team (KBT) Project Lead

Location: Little Village, Chicago
Compensation: $16.60/hour | Up to 20 hours per week

About the Role:
TA98 is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our Kickback Team (KBT). As a KBT member, you will play an active role in organizing and executing community events that bring art, sports, entertainment, resources, and opportunities to the vibrant Little Village community. This is a unique chance to make a positive impact while gaining valuable experience in event planning, teamwork, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing community events.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly.

• Engage with community members to promote participation and gather feedback.

• Help set up and manage event spaces, including art, sports, and entertainment activities.

• Distribute resources and information to community members during events.

• Represent TA98 and the Kickback Team positively and professionally.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Be between 16-24 years old.

• Reside in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago.

• Live in zipcode 60623

What We Offer:

• Hourly compensation of $16.60.

• Flexible part-time hours, up to 10+ hours a week.
